During my final year in college, I was part of a group project for our capstone course. Midway through, our team leader had to drop out due to personal reasons. This created a significant change in our dynamics. I stepped up to coordinate the remaining group members. I organized a meeting to reassess our goals and redistribute tasks based on each member's strengths. I initiated weekly check-ins to ensure everyone was on track and felt supported. As a result, we not only completed the project on time but also received commendations from our professor for our adaptability and teamwork.

As a volunteer at a local NGO, I was initially assigned to help with event planning. However, a few weeks before a major fundraising event, our main coordinator had to leave the organization. I volunteered to take on additional responsibilities, including managing communications and logistics. I quickly learned how to use a project management tool and coordinated with various stakeholders to ensure everything ran smoothly. This experience taught me the importance of flexibility and helped the event exceed its fundraising goals.

In my first job as a marketing assistant, I was informed that I would also be responsible for social media management due to a staff shortage.
