During my final year in college, I worked on a group project where we developed a mobile app. We decided to implement Agile principles to manage our workload efficiently. We held daily stand-ups to discuss our progress and any challenges we faced. By breaking the project into small sprints, we could focus on delivering functional parts of the app incrementally.
