For instance, after our first demo, we learned that users found our interface confusing. Instead of sticking to the initial plan, we re-evaluated our design and made necessary changes, ultimately improving user satisfaction. This experience taught me that Agile methodology fosters collaboration and responsiveness, which are essential in project management.
