To tackle the various challenges in planning, I used the '5 Whys' technique, which involves asking 'why' multiple times to get to the root cause of any issue. For instance, when ticket sales were low, I asked why that was the case and found out that the event timing conflicted with another local event. By understanding this, we could choose a better date and increase attendance. This experience highlighted how asking the right questions can lead to effective problem resolution.
