How do you approach a situation where you have to analyze data with incomplete or missing information?

In my final year, I worked on a marketing project where we had to analyze customer feedback data for a local business. Unfortunately, some survey responses were incomplete, with missing ratings. Instead of discarding the data, I identified which questions had the most gaps and focused on analyzing the complete responses for trends. I also reached out to some classmates to gather additional qualitative feedback that could help fill in the blanks. This approach not only allowed me to draw meaningful insights but also improved our overall presentation by showcasing our adaptability in the face of incomplete data.

While volunteering for a charity event, I was tasked with analyzing attendance data from previous events to predict how many participants we might have.
