During my final year in college, I was part of a group project for our marketing class. Halfway through, two members dropped out, leaving the remaining three of us with a heavier workload and a tight deadline. To tackle this challenge, I organized a meeting to redistribute tasks based on each person’s strengths. I took the lead on creating the presentation and ensured everyone was comfortable with their roles. We also met regularly to track our progress and provide support. In the end, not only did we submit our project on time, but we also received positive feedback from our professor for our teamwork and creativity.

I volunteered for a local charity event where I was responsible for organizing a fundraising activity. A week before the event, our main sponsor pulled out, which threatened our fundraising goals. To overcome this, I quickly reached out to local businesses for support and managed to secure two new sponsors within a few days. I also promoted the event more aggressively on social media to attract more participants. By adapting to this challenge and thinking creatively, we not only met our fundraising target but exceeded it by 20%!
