During my final year at university, I was part of a group project where we had to present on a complex topic related to sustainable energy. Initially, we struggled with dividing the work fairly and coordinating our schedules. To ensure our success, I took the lead in organizing weekly meetings and created a shared online document where everyone could contribute their research. I also suggested that we practice our presentation together several times before the actual day. This not only improved our understanding of the topic but also helped us become more confident as a group. In the end, we received positive feedback from our professor for our collaborative effort and clarity of presentation.

I volunteered for a local non-profit organization that was organizing a fundraiser to support underprivileged children. The challenge was that we had a limited budget and time to pull everything together. I proposed creating a social media campaign to reach a broader audience, which involved creating engaging content and reaching out to local businesses for sponsorship.
