To make this decision, I suggested we evaluate each member’s strengths and contributions. We created a list where everyone shared their perspectives on what they believed was essential in a leader. After discussing, we realized that one member had exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative approach. We decided to elect them, which turned out to be a great choice as they facilitated effective communication and helped us meet all our deadlines successfully.

During my time volunteering for a local charity, we faced a tough decision about which fundraising event to prioritize for the upcoming year. We had several great ideas, but limited resources. I proposed we conduct a survey among community members to gauge interest. After gathering feedback, we discovered a strong preference for a community fair.
