During my final year, I worked on a group research project for one of my courses. We had to estimate the resources needed to conduct our research, including time, data, and team member contributions. I coordinated with my peers to identify each person’s strengths and how much time they could dedicate. We broke down tasks like data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation. By assessing everyone’s availability and expertise, we were able to allocate tasks effectively, ensuring that we met our deadline and produced a comprehensive report that received high marks. This experience taught me the importance of collaboration and understanding each team member's contribution.
