During a group project in my final year, we were tasked with redesigning a mobile app for a local business. After our initial presentation, we received feedback from our professor that while our design was visually appealing, it lacked functionality. Taking this feedback to heart, I organized a brainstorming session with my team to discuss how we could improve usability. We conducted user testing with classmates to gather more insights. Ultimately, we revamped the navigation and added a help feature, which made the app more user-friendly. This experience taught me the importance of integrating feedback into the design process to create a more effective product.

As a volunteer for a non-profit organization, I was responsible for creating promotional materials for an upcoming event. After sharing my initial designs with the team, I received feedback that the color palette was too bright and might not appeal to our target audience. Instead of being discouraged, I sought out opinions from team members and potential attendees.
