In my eagerness, I scheduled posts without checking the best times for engagement, which resulted in low visibility. Realizing my mistake a week before the event, I quickly researched peak times and adjusted our posting schedule. I also reached out to local influencers to help spread the word. As a result, we saw a significant increase in attendance. This experience taught me about the importance of timing and strategic planning in marketing efforts, and how to pivot quickly when things don’t go as planned.
