During my final year at university, I participated in a group project for my marketing class where we were tasked with creating a marketing plan for a local startup. Our team consisted of five members, and I took the role of the project coordinator. I organized our meetings, set deadlines, and ensured everyone was clear about their responsibilities. I also facilitated discussions to help us brainstorm ideas and resolve conflicts. This experience taught me the importance of communication and collaboration. Our final presentation received praise from our professor, and the startup even expressed interest in implementing some of our ideas, which was a rewarding outcome for all of us.

Last summer, I volunteered at a local community center to help organize a fundraising event. I worked alongside a team of volunteers, and my main contribution was coordinating logistics. I communicated with local businesses for sponsorships and helped set up the venue on the day of the event. My teamwork skills were crucial in ensuring that everyone was on the same page and that tasks were completed on time.
