In my previous role as a project manager, I led a cross-functional team to develop a new software application. This project included members from engineering, design, and marketing. We held regular stand-up meetings to ensure everyone was aligned and could voice their opinions. During the project, we faced a significant challenge when the design team proposed a change that would impact the development timeline. I facilitated a meeting where we could discuss the pros and cons openly, allowing each member to express their concerns. Together, we evaluated the impact and decided to implement a modified version of the design that satisfied both the design and development teams. This experience taught me the importance of active listening and conflict resolution in teamwork. By creating an inclusive environment, we not only met our deadline but also launched a product that received positive feedback from users.

While working as a software engineer at a remote company, I collaborated with a diverse team spread across multiple time zones.
