During my final year in college, I was part of a group project where we had to design a marketing plan for a local business. My role was to conduct market research and present our findings. I organized group meetings to brainstorm ideas and ensured everyone had a chance to contribute. By fostering open communication, we were able to combine our strengths effectively. We successfully presented our plan, and the business owner appreciated our efforts, which taught me the importance of collaboration and valuing each team member's input.

Last summer, I volunteered for a community clean-up event where our goal was to beautify a local park. I took on the role of coordinating volunteers and creating a schedule for the day. Working together, we divided into teams to tackle different areas of the park. I made sure to communicate our progress and encourage everyone by highlighting the impact of our work.
