In my final year of college, I worked on a group project where we had to develop a mobile application. We decided to use Agile methods to manage our workflow. We held daily stand-up meetings to discuss our progress and any challenges we faced. This approach allowed us to pivot quickly when a feature didn’t work as expected. For example, halfway through, we realized our initial design didn't align with user needs, so we gathered feedback and iterated on our design. This not only improved our product but also taught us the importance of flexibility and teamwork in meeting deadlines and enhancing quality.

While volunteering for a local charity, I was part of a team planning a fundraising event. We adopted an Agile approach by breaking our tasks into smaller, manageable parts and holding weekly check-ins. Each week, we assessed what worked and what didn’t, allowing us to adjust our strategies. For instance, when ticket sales were slower than expected, we quickly brainstormed new promotional ideas and executed them within the same week. This experience showed me how Agile principles can drive success not just in tech projects but in diverse settings, promoting adaptability and collaborative problem-solving.
