In my final year at university, I worked on a project designing a mobile app for students to manage their study schedules. To conduct thorough user experience research, I first created a survey to gather data on my classmates' study habits and challenges. I distributed it to about 100 students, which helped me identify key pain points, such as time management and motivation. After analyzing the survey results, I conducted follow-up interviews with a smaller group of participants to dive deeper into their experiences. This qualitative feedback allowed me to understand their emotional and behavioral needs better. Based on my findings, I was able to design an app that included features like customizable reminders and collaborative study groups, which received positive feedback during a prototype testing session.
