During my final year in college, I was part of a team tasked with redesigning our campus app. After conducting user surveys, we found that students struggled with finding class schedules easily. Based on this feedback, we decided to prioritize a more intuitive navigation system and incorporated a calendar feature that allowed students to sync their schedules. After launching the updated app, we received positive feedback from users, indicating that they found it much easier to access information quickly. This experience taught me the importance of actively listening to users and how their input can lead to significant improvements in design.
