During my final year in college, I worked on a software development project as part of a group assignment. We first identified the project scope, which involved creating a mobile app for campus navigation. I estimated the resources by considering the number of features we wanted to implement and how long each feature would take. I also assessed our team’s strengths; for instance, one member was great at UI design, while another had experience in backend development. We allocated tasks based on these strengths, which helped us complete the project on time and receive positive feedback from our professors.

While volunteering for a local non-profit, I helped organize a community tech event. To estimate the resources, I first listed all the activities we wanted to include, such as workshops, guest speakers, and networking sessions. I then considered the number of volunteers needed to manage each activity effectively. By evaluating each volunteer's skills and availability, I distributed tasks accordingly. This approach enabled us to run a smooth event, attracting more participants than we anticipated and fostering a sense of community.

In my first job as a junior developer, I was part of a team tasked with developing a web application. When estimating the resources needed, I collaborated closely with my team lead and other developers.
